PICT Your Test Cases

About PICT

What is PICT?

This online tool is a web interface to the PICT program created by Microsoft. The tool initially started out as a school project for course ECSE 428: Software Engineering Practice at McGill University during Winter 2009. It is still maintained and improved with the continued support of Professor Robert Sabourin.

PICT stands for Pairwise Independent Combinatorial Testing. The tool is an efficient way to design test cases and test configurations for software systems. As the name implies, the tool uses Pairwise Testing.
